1. Friendly staff - the manager Alex responded quickly to my emails and offered a free upgrade when my travel party increased in number. The lady at the check-in counter was very helpful and efficient when we checked in late at night.

The resort was clean and quiet. Its a place for relaxation. The sea view from the room was beautiful. and it was so soothing to hear the sound of sea waves when you go to bed. Its a bit far from town but I would recommend Jeju Arumdaun Resort as a good place for holiday. The staff were helpful in calling taxi for us and they also recommended a

The room is very clean n big enough for me of 3adults n 2child age 4&6.
U can have the opportunity to try the local food by recommended by the owner.
During our stay, the owner also gift us some mandarin. Feel warm.
