Definitely will be back again! - Concierge staff were extremely helpful and supportive in planning our day trips and itineraries, arranged for transport, walked us to our driver and translated - just unbelievable! Always 3 or more people at the desk never had to wait. Great overall hotel facilitie and restaurants. Spa treatments were also unbelievable.

  We had spotty luck on the phone but in person everyone spoke great English. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. - staff very very nice and helpful
