  Sunroute hotel is very conveniently located near the Shinjuku jr station. Just 5 minutes walk from the station and you will see the hotel. The hotel is very new and it's not a small hotel.   Hotel is about 7 minutes walking from Shinjuku Station and in front of Tochomae Subway Station. Most of the staff speak English. We used to travel all over the world and we have neve - It was the cheap option for a central location to Shinjuku. Observation level of govt building is across the street. You can walk directly to Shin via a subway or take the street. It has many eating options within the hotel should you wish to stay in house. Rooms are small and typical Tokyo style but do the job. Foreigners info desk were really helpful in all matters.
