  I liked how close everything was to this hotel. There are a lot of restaurants, stores, and 7-11 and Family Mart, which is a must if travelling in Japan. The room had a decent amount of floor space in the living space; much more than other hotel rooms of similar size. The hotel is very well located, some minutes away from Shibuya station (which is better than near a bigger station, because Shibuya is very practical).   We chose the hotel for its good connection to Narita Airport Access Line for our last days in Japan. Kurama Station is only a few minutes away. The staff was extremely friendly and supportive. We had trouble with a broken suitcase and they managed the exchange for us, so that we could enjoy the day in Tokyo. Good train connection to explore the city. The area can be a bit quiet in the evening.
