  This hotel is all about location (right in the middle of ginza, close to shopping, eating, ...).The rooms were on the small side (japan) but spotless clean and nice enough. Tokyo station is about 10 minutes walk away, so that's convenient as well. - Excellent location. Room was very clean and quite spacious. Courteous staff.

  We had a perfectly adequate western room with the usual/necessary functions, but be warned - it was a typical Japanese size, i.e. small and cramped. You couldn't fit in more than 2 normal sized suitcases and even that would be pushing it (we had 1 and a couple of smaller hand baggage bags). But the bed (queen size double) was VERY comfortable - the best in our 4 week stay in Japan. Also it was very conven - I really liked the location - it's very close to the park and the subway station. Particularly coming from Narita, the access is quite convenient and they have very good instructions on how to find the hotel. I'd say the rooms were a good value. Yes, they are small - but that's pretty standard for Tokyo or any large city. They were clean and comfortable, and had travel necessities like hair dryers, shampoo, etc. Also the laundry on the 6th floor was useful. Staff is excellent. I needed to send

  tres bon hotel - The staff was amazing!! Friendly and so helpful with any and all questions we had. There was a 7-11, pharmacy, EXCELLENT and VERY AFFORDABLE sushi restaurant, McDonalds, post office, and Subway in the same complex.   This hotel is very close to Ayase station. The rooms are a bit larger than your average business hotel and very clean. Staff were friendly though if you don't speak Japanese you may need to get some help talking with them. - very convinient, good accomodation and staff providing information
