  The room was clean and nice with free multi-charger for my phone. There were also free onsen for men/women. The kids love going to the onsen. The free ramen at 9.30 pm everyday was delicious and the buffet breakfast was good with wide selections. The counter staff was very helpful with the city map and directions.   We had a canal view room (the otaru canal is just across the road). I like the room very much, it's clean and spacious, toilet and bath room are separated. Besides, there is a massage chair in my room! what a wonderful thought, love it!! ^^ - Good location, bit walk distance to the station about 5 mins, room is billion, big enough, separated toil... ce que les gens disent » et and bathroom, and also there is a dressing room as well. Rooms have either mountain or sea view to choose from.The toilets are well stock with reasonably good quality toiletries.It is connected to a big mall that has good shopping and dining choices,and a movie theatre. Not too far from the main shopping area. You will need a car to get to. Underground Carpark great when it is snowing outside, right next to Aeon shopping centre which is connected to the hotel.
