The service at this hotel went above and beyond. When we asked for a
recommendation of a good sushi restaurant, the concierge actually ran
out to a place, got us a table, and then walked us there! Impressive.
The place is lovely--much nicer than even the photos could illustrate--
and in a great location, near trains, shops, and great restaurants. The
public baths are wonderful, and a marvelous breakfast was

i will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who's going to stay in tokyo, because
1) it's only 5-10min walk from Kanada JR station, and you can find many small restaurant on the way from kanada jr station to hotel
2) considering only 2 stops from kanada to tokyo jr station, the room size and environment of this hotel is much much much better than the one i tried near tokyo station, this one is much more valuable.

This was our favourite Hotel during our Japanese trip! Our room (situated ot the 17th floor) was spotlessly clean, equipped with everything we needed and the view was just gorgeous. The staff was really helpful. Tokyo station is reachable by foot (without luggages) accrossing the park, but reachable with metro in 15 minutes using the red and purple (Hanzomon line), the station name is the same (Hanzomon). room key kept failing and a new one was issued each time with no fuss.
Spoken English was better than at other hotels I have stayed at in
Tokyo. Room was typically small Tokyo style room, but it was clean and
comfortable. My son loved the breakfast buffet, which isn't the
biggest but it's adequate to set you up for the day.
