Superb and convenient location with train station just next to hotel.
Shopping malls and eateries are everywhere around. Room was very
spacious and clean. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my
daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes. The house-keeping staff
took initiative and delivered not only slippers but also additional
towels

The rooms were very nice, very very comfortable beds. We had 2 rooms facing the garden. Loved the view. It wasn't that hard to find the hotel. Best free wifi signals, it deserves 2 thumbs up for that. Short walking distance to the tsukiji market, the staffs were very helpful. Our view!!!!! Our room looked out onto Tokyo Tower and if it was clear,
Mt Fuji (which it wasn't clear, so we could only barely make out the
outline.) With all the rooms above the 25th floor, the skyline view is
guaranteed. We had easy access to all kinds of services in the
surrounding malls (Pedi-Shiodome, and Carretta). There was easy access
also to subway stations, with two nearby. The airport limousine bus
brought us right to the hotel from Narita, with a nice view of the city
on the way.

Quiet location but easily accessible to Shiodome and Shinbashi areas. It is a short walk to the monorail station if arriving from Haneda airport. It is possible to walk to Ginza area in 20mins. Hotel was clean and the rooms spacious for Tokyo standards. They now provide free WiFi in the rooms as well as wired internet. The WiFi worked pretty well.

excellent view, can even see the Skytree(i was staying in River-view room), excellent service, bell captain is nice and helpful, good Englsih speaker in reception. Direct bus to airport for 3000Yen. -

The hotel is awesome! Like everywhere in Japan they care about these little details which make your stay comfortable!
I had a room on a 22nd floor with a wonderful view. The room is not big, but it had everything I needed! The TV is big, so you can watch movies in the evening. There is a pot and tea/coffee facilities with free water in the fridge.

Got bus from airport & they dropped us outside hotel.Lobby is on 16th floor. The staff are lovely-very polite & professional. They helped us with the metro & kept our luggage after we checked out so we could go sight seeing. Close to Shimbashi Station & lots of great food around in the back streets.Had a fantastic view from our room on the 23rd floor. Super clean bathroom that included a great range of toiletries. Good location, close to Tsukiji Market and the Hamarikyu Gardens. Even
if the market is closed (as when we stayed in the hotel), there are
some pretty good eating spots in the vicinity where one can find fresh
fish and seafood. The washing machine in the room was a pleasant bonus

The hopsitality and efficiency of staff. Parking avalaible. The room
size is ideal and bed is comfortable unlike the common hotels in Tokyo.
Basic and toiletries are clean and sufficient. The Jap bfast was good
traditional taste and serving. Hver, the main dish of fish was small
with too many bones. Hver good service that gives us good Jap

Excellent location! Around the corner from the Tsukiji fish market
(great for the early 4am start...), within walking distance to Ginza (20
minutes), subway station around the corner (5 minutes), bakery right
next to hotel..good for some breakfast danishes, Starbucks across from
