We reserved a standard double room for 2 nights and upon check-in we
were told our room has been upgraded to the superior room on the 27th
floor without any extra fee! Absolutely a very pleasant surprise. The
room was great with all the facilities, and it's very spacious
compared to Japan's standard. The lounge on the 27th floor was just
lovely. Location is also unbeatable: it's steps away from jr Osaka
station and subway Umeda station.

The hotel is located very centrally, just moments from the main train station. The design is really great and the best aspect to the hotel. Even our room, which wasn't overly expensive, felt like a boutique design that made us feel very much at home. The staff were friendly and we really enjoyed our stay - highly recommended! -

The ambience of the place, the Executive Lounge that my wife Pholile
admires so much especially for the afternoon high tea. The 2hr
complemetary predinner cocktails and canapes were a plus. Our club room
was perfect. The staff were extemely helpful and very polite and made us

We had a 4people room for only 9.000yen which for Japan is really cheap.
This room was not such a luxury, so I would never recommend to stay
there for about 30.000yen (the price which is originaly listed as the
regular price for this room). The location is good in terms of coming

Really close to Universal Studio, and next to Universal city station. It'll be a perfect place to stay if you want to go to Universal Studio. Many shops around the hotel, really convenient. The room is spacious. Easy to go to Osaka or Kyoto.
You can come early, leave your luggages at the lobby, and the hotel will deliver your luggages to your room

The view from our room was just so perfect! Universal Studio was so near we can see the whole park from the wide window. We can also see how beautiful Osaka is . But of course we love the Spa!!
The rooms are spacious , clean and have wide windows. We hope tocheck in at the same hotel next time we go to Osaka if possible the same rooms!!!

Great, clean room. Fair size in Japan standards. Great spa on the roof available to guests for free, which I made use of almost every day. Staff speaks good English, which is also rare in Japan. -
Design is very modern, hot spring in top floor is excellent. Drink machine in 7th floor with ice provided. Fantastic!!

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and our room looked out over Universal Studios which was great! We stayed there for the purpose of visiting Universal Studios and the aquarium and it was perfectly located. The hotel was located in the heart of Osaka's shopping districts.
The staff was V. helpful in getting us around the city and to outlying
areas by bus, train and subway. The room, semi-double, was V.
comfortable and cleaned daily. When we needed extra lighting in the room
they obliged. The hotel does have Wi-Fi (other reviewers have said it
does not.)

The hotel is located very conveniently and close to Nankai Express train (express train to Kansai airport) so you do not need to take any taxi. Also it is in the centre of shop and restaurant area. The rooms were large and comfortable. There was a great stereo in the room with an ipod docking station. The internet was free and had the option of both wired and wireless. The hotel was in a fantastic location. There is a direct train from Namba station to Kansai Airport (Osaka's main airport), and takes about 50 minutes. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel itself is out of this world. I was expecting something good, but my stay there far exceeded expectation! Great room, great bed and amenities; duck down quilts!!! Felt like 1000TC covers. Staff are pretty fluent in English.

Hotel with great location, just 2-3 minutes walk from Dotonbori
restaurants and nightlife and all the endless shopping arcades. The room
was very clean and everything felt new and inviting. Room size was
enough for our 2 suitcases and bags so we didnt have any complaints at
all. Breakfast was ok but we didnt feel like it was worth the money.

The Front Desk staff were very courteous and helpful, especially on my
group's check-out day. We had a group of 16 adults with 16 bags and
had to transfer to Shin-Osaka to catch our bullet train to Nagoya. I
believe his name was Mr. Sakaguchi who called for a quotation for 2
jumbo taxis. The quotation was very reasonable (a little over 6,000 yen

Right in the middle of everything - we called it "Crazy
Street" - bright flashing lights, very noisy but hotel has lovely
quiet rooms with friendly service. Heaps of food places of all price
ranges and good shopping especially at Namba Walks shopping area near
trains. Taking Exit b21 was very easy to find the hotel. Interesting
quiet areas nearby. Easy to catch trains everywhere including Kansai
International. Never seen so many young people as at Dotonbori area both

Almost everything. The room was spacious - a welcome change for the big cities - and had everything that we needed. Room is very big and loved the traditional Japanese room style. Location
is near Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori and there is a direct exit from the
subway to the hotel building. Staff were friendly and helpful and left
luggage is stored securely (they keep the luggage inside their office
and give you a claim number). Also, it was raining when we stayed there
and they lent us umbrellas which was another plus
