  The best hotel we stayed in and the best all round value. Right near the station and Universal studios. Big room with views of either Osaka Bay or Universal Studios. Perfect spot to visit the Aquarium, Giant Ferris Wheel,and markets in the Bay Area and also for the theme park. Ticket desk sells all the tickets you need in the area. We had three beds in our room and there was still room for three suitcases and space to sit in - Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and our room looked out over Universal Studios which was great! We stayed there for the purpose of visiting Universal Studios and the aquarium and it was perfectly located. They sell universal studios tickets in the hotel lobby which was so convenient and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is nice and modern and the staff were very helpful in every aspect of our stay. They even

  Located directly above the Shinsaibashi metro station,close and central to most malls and tourist areas. Comfortable room with good amenities, bed, bathroom and view. A interesting neighbourhood surrounding the Nikko with many food options and nearby "family mart " for pre-packaged meals for touring. A very significant mall and department stores directly across the road from the hotel. - The hotel was located in the heart of Osaka's shopping districts. The staff was V. helpful in getting us around the city and to outlying areas by bus, train and subway. The room, semi-double, was V. comfortable and cleaned daily. When we needed extra lighting in the room they obliged. The hotel does have Wi-Fi (other reviewers have said it does not.)

  Excellent location,easy access to train & subway station, to the Kuromon fresh food market, shopping arcades, lots of good restaurants around. Very friendly and helpful staffs. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped especially a washer/ dryer, like a small home. This time I stayed there for 6 nights. - Location is exceptional, very near to Takashimaya, Dotonbori, Kurumon market and more. By taking Exit 4 at Namba station, follow the pathway leading to Takashimaya and walk towards Namba Park the cross the road, will get you to hotel. Discounted tickets to kaiyuan Aquarium and Hankyu tickets to KIX are sold at the reception. Staff are polite and helpful. We had a great time there and best of all, there is s washer cum dryer in the apartment.
