  We loved that it was so easy to get to and from the Realto Bridge for arrivals and departures and for additional day trips... It was wonderful to be able to walk to and fro to San Marco's Square and despite the close proximity, the price was very reasonable. The hotel was spotless and breakfast plenty and delicious. They provided locked up baggage servic - The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt. The room looked just like the photo on the website and

  Excellent location: 8 minutes from train station, 3 minutes vaporetto stop, 5 min to mini supermarket, 30 min walking to Realto Market. Plenty inexpensive cafe just 2 min. Very quiet, good sleep after busy day. Clean and safe area. Sergio (owner) and his wife very friendly, gave us good tips on visit. Also the water taxi stop Riva di Biasio is only 2 min. walking distance. The couple Sergio and Marcella are very nice, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, prepared and served by Marcella in their little tiny kitchen. Also they let us keep the luggage in their house after checkout while we were sightseeing.   l'hotel est idealement situé sur le grand canal, il est cependant trés calme et l'ambiance y est trés chaleureuse.On est un peu surpris par l'entrée qui est une simple porte d'immeuble avec une plaque dorée indiquant le nom de l'hotel, mais une fois entrés, ce n'est qu'enchantement. - L'accueil formidablement attentif et charmant,la situation, lach... ce que les gens disent » ambre...tout était parfait et je viens souvent a Venise j'avais despossibilités de comparer!
