  The staff there was attentive and extremely helpful. They carried our bags up the stairs (yes, stairs, no elevator), but what do you expect for a smaller and quiet little nest out in the heart of Venice. Wifi is free and its fast!!! There's a few floors but with only a few rooms, meaning its not loud; you can sleep in peace, and quiet.   We loved that it was so easy to get to and from the Realto Bridge for arrivals and departures and for additional day trips... It was wonderful to be able to walk to and fro to San Marco's Square and despite the close proximity, the price was very reasonable. The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt.
