Fausto, our host was fabulous. He speaks 4 or 5 languages fluently, is
very kind, patient, generous and helpful. We were able to get last
minute tickets through him to hear Vivaldi at one of the churches
nearby. The location is fantastic, a five minute walk from the
"Osbedale Vaporetto stop", which is serviced by the fast and
slow boats around the

1. The staff. Nice and friendly. Although not all can speak good English, but they try their best to help. Quick response to my emails. They provided directions to the centre.
2. The breakfast. Not much choices (2 rolls, jam, butter, cheese, 1 croissant, tea/coffee/hot chocolate) but it was OK and quick. The table setting is lovely though.
3. The location. 3 min from Ospedale vaperetto stop on foot. (Not very difficult if you have heavy baggage like us as there is no bridge or stairs). COOP sup

Great location, very easy to find, just few meters away from Grand
Canal, and very close to San Marco (5min). Beautiful roof terrace. Very
clean hostel. Big space where you can hang out. I came during off
season,to visit Venice biennial, for one night I payed just 20 eur.
Stayed in 3 bed room,and for both nights I was staying only with one
very quiet Japanese girl. Breakfast is simple, but for me was just
perfect, coffee, croissant, bread, jam. Definitely coming back again!

What a wonderful place! Behind the door was hidden a beautiful courtyard which led to a cery smart reception with incredibly friendly, helpful staff. the apartment was great - lovely decor, matble bathrooms. Kept worrying they were going to add a zero to our bill at check out but they didn't (out of season) - incredible value for money. And the location was perfect for the Biennale - took a boat straight there from the airport. Feels like a non- touristy area. Will definitely be returning.

An easy walk from Piazzale Roma bus station and Santa Lucia train station (no boat to catch, no dragging suitcases through the heavy tourist traffic). There was absolutely no noise from the train station or the canal adjacent the apartments.
Due to the location you do not get large numbers of passers by, so very peaceful.

The apartment was a lovely surprise. The building is quite new on two levels curving around a canal with a residential piazza at the front. The apartment we had is upstairs, sparkling clean, light, comfortable and well equipped. It is located a 10 minute walk from the station. We couldn't find it immediately but on the second walk past we realised that each house has its own number in the locality, rather than a street number. The supermarket is about 15 minutes walk but the ferries on the

We stayed one night at the Palazzo Peruta in April. The staff were extremely gracious in honouring a booking that I had made for the Junior Suite, despite me making an error in the booking for the wrong date, they managed to be able to give us the room that we wanted.
The staff were extremely polite and helpful with instructions on how to get around the city, and looked after our baggage when we went for a walk about the city after we had checked out.
The room was simply gorgeous - exquisitely

Nice location, just besides the water bus stop.The streets in Venice are so complicated that makes you easy to get lost, but the Pensione Guerrato is very easy to find. The staff are very kind, rooms are clean. We live in the top floor and from the window there you can see the bell tower in St. Marco square. There is also a fruits market downstair

The staff were very attentive and kind and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The baby bed was perfect and the room itself was comfortable and very clean. The pensione is great value for money and ideally situated near the Rialto bridge.

We were very happy with Locanda Leon Bianco. The location was very central, ideal for our 2 night stay. The room was clean, tidy, nice decor and well appointed and very spacious. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. -
I like the location of the place that is just within easy reach of all ameneties and in the centre of the main area.
