Ce que les gens disent
Close to the Talete parking garage but within easy walking distance of all of Ortigia; we had dinner opposite the Doumo and it took very little time to walk back. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and told us about the nearby market. We walked to the Madonna delle Lacrime, next to the Museo Archeologico (unfortunately closed) from the hotel without any difficulty.
Breakfast was very good, fresh fruit, cereal, croissant, cakes, yoghurt, rolls, cold meat and cheese.

We were very impressed with the manner in which the reception staff dealt with a serious accomodation issue on arrival. We were accomodated in a nearby apartment which was serviced on a daily basis, and we had our breakfast as usual in the Hotel. We enjoyed the sea view from the apartment and particularly the spacious veranda at the rear. The mixture of self catering in the apartment and breakfast and Hotel facilities e.g. Free Wifi was good and made up for the accomodation problem. The breakfa.
We enjoyed our stay a lot: The location on Ortigia penisula - the oldest and nicest part of Syracuse - is ideal. The personnel was very friendly, helpful, and competent. Our room was very nice: large, tidy, and with our own roof terrace. We had a look at a couple of other rooms, too - some where smaller and not all had terrace or balcony - but they all had the same nice and plain style and seemed OK. The breakfast was ample and included some local food (tricotta, almond milk) that we enjoyed a .
The room wa clean, staff was most accomadating. The terrace from our third floor room was enormous and had a view of the harbor. Breakfast (included) was wonderful. Only problem I had was I did not realize it was a three story walk up. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone interested in value, comfort and wonderful outdoor space.
We stayed in a three bed room. beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Access to the hotel was easy at any time of the day or night. breakfast was plentiful and included meat and cheese as well as the normal Italian pastries and cakes. We were allowed to use the hotel computer to print off our Easyjet boarding passes.
The staff were very friendly. One of the receptionists spoke fluent English. The location, in the old quarter of Ortigia Island close to the sea, was perfect. The room was simply furnished, well modernised and clean. Altogether, just the place for us.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful always. The hotel is extremely fresh and in an excellent location for exploring Ortigia in Siracusa. Also easy walking for all important archeological sites.
Extremely friendly and helpful mangement. Large modern and very clean rooms with huge bathrooms and either balcony or terrace. Situated in historical part of Ortigia. Great breakfast. Highly recommended!.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast with fresh bread and croissants, coffee and cake. Quite good location, just on Ortygia Island, hence not too far from station.
friendly helpful staff, fresh bright decor, spacious clean rooms, good coffee, excellent location in harbour setting with plenty of resaurants nearby, easy free parking.
The staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was nice with a variety offered but mainly sweet. Large comfortable room.
Very near weekend food market.
Great location - the island of Ortygia is small so you can walk to anywhere within 15-20 min. Rooms are plain and simple but clean. Good value for money.
It's clean and breakfast is no bad. Free parking is available not far away and they also gave us a cot for our baby, although we did not ask for it.
Perfect location. Free parking across the street from the hotel. The
room was very clean and nice. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Very large comfortable rooms with excelent specious showers very neat
and clean nicely decorated and a brand new hotel too.
the staff was amazing and very helpful. the room was large and had a view of the ocean. the breakfast was very good.
Comfortable, quiet location close to city centre. The receptionist was very helpful as were the other staff members.
Close to the parking and centre, lots of great restaurants in neighbourhood, friendly staff, very cosy rooms.
This was a charming and well-ordered hotel with friendly staff. The roof terrace was particularly nice.
very nice rooms and beutiful decoration of the facility. Excellent locatin.
Great value for money, very nice bedrooms, centrally located in Ortigia.
Nicely appointed rooms in old town. AC worked very well. Good value.
Wonderful architecture and fascinating side streets
Lovely locals.
There was nothing we did not like about our stay.
Great location and great shower and breakfast.
I liked the very friendly and helpful staff.
Clean and nice hotel close to city center.
Location
Standard of room
Breakfast.
Location and budget friendly.
Location in Ortygia.
Good price quality.
Great location. Reasonable price. Recently remodeled bathroom.
Nothing.
The accomodation issue.
Hot water was very variable. The room was on the second floor with no lift.
There were a lot of free public car parking places in the vicinity but you sometimes had to be on the ball to grab one.
We liked everything!.
Would prefer a double bed to two singles pushed together. Also quite hard to reach by car because of one-way system combined with street market/fair restricting access.
Can't think of anything!!.
Rooms are pretty small. No elevators.
Avoid the room on the ground floor because of the sewage smell coming sometimes from the toilet. It's probably due to the way the old city sewage sistem is built.
The fact that although the staff was very friendly did not speak english
at all and could not understand and direct me to a closed secure parking
for my motorcycle.
no parking and my friend did not like the partial bathroom privacy.I didnt mind at all because im ised to staying in hostals, also the internet only worked in the lobby.
Our bedroom was lacking in atmosphere
due to plain decor with no colour. Some wall pictures would have helped and curtains with some colour interest.
The hotel wi-fi did not reach to the upper floors.
Wifi didnt reach the room.
Floor felt a little dirty to bare feet. No elevator. Parking was a little inconvenient.
Food a bit disappointing and impossible to get a hot cup of coffee!.
The oweners and staff had a 5 star approach to all guests, we will be back as soon as we can and will be tell family and friends.
I did not like the steep steps leading up to the top floors.
Shower would not drain fast enough.
Observation there is a possibility of having many steps to climb to your room. Someone graciously
carried our bags upstairs. Leaving we were on our own.
No lift.
Had a room in the back of the building. Seemed a bit claustrophobic, but
we only had to stay there for one night. Wifi was between weak and not
existing in the our room.
