  La situation proche du vatican - Location was tranquil, the rooms were spacious, the availability of a kitchen to cook - Staff were excellent, as was proximity to small convenience store and public transport, some cheap but good eateries nearby. By using the 3 keys (Building gate, s - Brilliant location, could walk to bascillica in 10 mins, the Coleseum in 15 mins. Lots of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. Piazza Navona is also very near. We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving. It's all about location, location, location!!!!! Right in the centre of Rome you couldn't get much better. Fabiana is also a great help. Stay here definitely.

The BnB is very clean and spacious, there is even a computer in the common area with a printer and books to refer to which we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street near the termini. He had suggested best ways to get in from the airport, how to find the bnb. The breakfast at the cafe r - We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. The hotel is situated close to the Termini station, so there is no need to take a taxi. The lobby with the free-to-use pc + printer is very handy to book your return flight and print out your boarding passes. In the rooms there is free wifi and a mini refrigerator.   The hotel is about 15 minute walk from the main train station Termini which can be used to explore all of Rome. The Hotel is 4 star and it shows. The breakfast was excellent and the service outstanding. We actually didn't have a hotel room but stayed at the Apartments managed by the hotel (400 metres) away. But the complex was in a medieval setting and very impressive. - The staff were very friendly and helpful and did there best to meet our needs they also gave information about tours. The porter made no fuss about bringing our bags to the room and helped my sisterinlaw to connect to the internet .the room lovely clean and bed comfortable also had a taxi take us to the airport when leaving .
