  Merulana Suite 2 is brand new, nice and clean place to stay in. It is very close to Colosseum and metro station. It is run by Pietro and Leonardo with the help of Simona. Very nice people! Pietro greeted us with bottle of wine and some fruits. We had new portion of tasty jellies chocolates every day. I surely recommend this place to stay in while visiting Rome. - We booked in here on the recommendation of friends we made in Sorento and we were not disappointed at all. Leonardo was so helpful, when we were at the wrong address, he came and "rescued" us. The room was lovely, beautifully renovated space,fabulous bath. It is in a very central position for walking - 5 minutes to the Pantheon, 15 minutes to the Pal - - amazing location just in front of historical site, which was directly observed from the window! - extremely nice and helpful staff who made our stay perfect - great value for money in the centre of Rome - nice breakfast especially compared to expectations of just basic stuff with coffee and croissant - we received free welcoming sparkling wine several times! - all facilities are very well preserved and even exceed some 5 stars hotels I've stayed in Europe
