We were very impressed by La Girandola. It is only 3 or 4 minutes from the Fiumicino Airport platform at Roma Termini, which is so convenient. The Hotel is outstandingly clean and nicely decorated. Very friendly owner who made us a coffee when we arrived and showed us the main attractions on the map.
Owner spoke only a little English but we muddled through and was part of the experience.
Nice spacious room.
Excellent double glazed windows meant it was quiet at night even in a busy and noisy area.
Location was excellent with all sites within walking distance and the train and metro stations 5 mins walk away.
I would stay here again if I ever returned to Rome and would have no hesitation i

neccessary things for the rest and wonderful passtime.
Good location on a quiet street, adjacent to one of the main street of the city, allows to get quickly to the all historical areas and of Rome.
Clean renovated rooms, comfortable bed and lovely linens - a great opportunity to rest and recover after 10-12 hours of walking around the city.

I would really recommend Four Rivers as it was in a fantastic location and the staff were brilliant. It was within easy walking distance to all the major sites and luckily for me there was a close by taxi rank, which was helpful, as I was unfortunately on crutches during my stay. Piazza Navona was round the corner and Pantheon 5 minutes more. Campo Di Fiore was across the street and great for food in the evening. The location is pretty strategic with Via Veneto just a 5-minute walk
away. At first I had my misgivings about the safety of the area as I
was on my own, but I think it is much better compared to those nearer

Location is excellent in - walking distance to most major attractions. Lots of good restaurants close by. Room size was great, very spacious and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. very good. This is a b&b on the 2nd floor of an old block, and once
you get to the 2nd floor it's excellent, the rooms are large, well
fitted out, clean and well serviced. However, although the booking
photos show the plaza, the entrance to the building is a steel barred
gate on a small side street which the taxi found tough to locate. The
initial impression from the entrance gate is therefore not as expected.

Breakfast was an added bonus, not normally expected in an apartment.

Rome is a great place to visit,we found the Romans friendly people but bad drivers(some insults were transmitted),having rented bikes made all the difference to visit the city,amazingly few people cycle around,the food is great

I was a bit nervous booking this because there weren't many reviews,
but it far exceeded our expectations! Breakfast was the best, complete
with scrambled eggs and fried bacon along with the normal Italian
breakfast staples. The owners are wonderful hosts and had amazing
recommendations for dinner. Definitely go to the restaurant on the
corner, it was a favorite of our entire trip! Location was fantastic and
