Absolutely amazing day spa area - awesome pool and so much access to relaxing areas. Food is brilliant in the restaurant. I celebrated my 21st bday in the restaurant and they brought me out a cake free of charge! And the room was perfect - so huge and very comforting. Location isn't bad especially considering it's so close to the Termini metro station but it doesn't feel very centrally located so you need to train it most places. Loved the hotel overall though! Staff = brilliant. Make you feel like a million bucks everyday.
New and very modern interior. Polite staff. The restaurant is also very good.

Missing elements due to only be open one month. Restaurant magnificent with very uncomfortable seating. Spa needs to be more functional. No place to hang towels for example.
Great location and very nice rooms
I loved the attention to detail in the designof the hotel. Extremely stylish and very new. The staff were charming and helpful and the location was great. We walked to every llandmark.... No need for taxis!

Оnce in the room had not been cleaned. In the shower cabin curtain is absent, the water flows to the floor.
