Federicka was very warm and helpful. The breakfast was abundant and tasty. She provided a great varieties of cakes, and provided salad when we requested it. Overall, this stay added more enjoyment to our great Roman experience.

Our stay in this B&B was excellent. We were warmly welcomed by Federica and her sympathetic staff. She was really helpful regarding touristic tips. Our room was spic and span, rather spacious and comfortable. The B&B is located in a quiet street, close to the train/bus/metro station. Some attractions are even accessible on foot. The breakfast was generous and good, completed with some home made cakes. Should we come back to Rome, we would definitely return to Federica's home!
Absolutely nothing.
After staying at more than 30 hotels in past 6 months I can say this place is by far the best. Because, 1. The staff was the nicest I have met. Besides usual nice things, when she came to know that we are checking out at 4:30 am, she arranged a full breakfast with careful observations such as easy-to-carry, non-perishable, nicely packed and in the same time refreshing; without us even asking. This is the kind of service I only read about in Marriot or Carlton-Ritz business case studies. 2. Location is just great! 12 minutes walk to the Colosseum!! And 2 minutes to the metro which will take you to Vatican and all tourist attractions within 15 mins. And also 12 min walk to Termini station from where you can easily connect to Airport or any other Italian cities. It was so close to everything that we always ended up walking (Vatican is the farthest with 45 mins on foot) 3. Rooms are very very clean.... spotless clean. Generally toilet/bathroom areas are a concern even in the best places, but this place will certainly surprise you with its cleanliness. 4. The staff knows the City very well. Rome has many shopping places but expensive. So when my wife asked the staff about a good shoe shop with cheap price she gave us the exact location and all I can say is my wife enjoyed her shopping without me raising my eyebrows. 5. Breakfast is very good with everything fresh. Do not expect a huge buffet with hundreds of choices, but you will be satisfied with their tasteful selection for sure. If you have any special request such as fried eggs etc. you may even ask the staff and get it cooked. 6. There are several shops in the street where you can buy water, fruits, food etc until late 2-3 AM (may be all night). There is even a Nepalese restaurant oppsite to the hotel serving good food. Also there were atleast 6 highly recommended pizza/pasta/gelateria/traditional italian restaurant within 10 min walking distance.

It is definitely a very good B&B. Federica is a great host. She's professional, helpful and very Nice. She took very good care of us (sightseeing advices, taxi reservation etc...). We felt at home 10 min. After arrival. Equipments are ok. Beds are very comfortable. And breakfast is just delicious. The location is perfect. Just next to a metro station and within walking distance to the Colosseum. A lot of shops all around. This is a popular suburb of Roma but this actually makes the overall experience even more interesting.

After 6 weeks of traveling in Italy, Croatia, and Slovenia, it was wonderful to return to Federica's, our starting point. This time we had a room that faced the street instead of an air well. It felt nice to open the shutters and let in natural air and light. These rooms are so well-designed and decorated. The tv and Wifi was a great plus, and the breakfasts were yummy with homemade cakes. Thanks for making our last 5 days a pleasant stay!
Federica was very hospitable, attentive, informative and helpful in providing information and resolving any minor problems. We enjoyed some great chat over the excellent breakfast which is served in the dining area just four paces from your bedroom door. The room safe was useful to store passports etc and fridge / minibar great. Bed was comfortable and like all fixtures new and of a high standard. The room and en suite were spotless and cleaned every day. Location was v handy for Metro A which is 5 mins walk and not scary. Colosseum was 20 mins easy walk. Would recommend to anyone. Air con in the room effective and quiet, very little external noise.

The service is just awesome. You feel very welcome and Rome is just outside the front door. The B&B is close to the subway but you can walk to all the sights of the old city centre. Breakfast is complete with fresh bread, cereal, yoghurt, pastries and very delicious. Next time in Rome this is the place to stay.
The rooms are quiet and clean. The breakfast is delicious and Frederica is very kindy and helpfull with the guests: for example, she gave us great advices on the planning of your tour in rome that made our time there much more interesting!!! We strong recommend this hotel.

The rooms were nicely decorated and spacious. Federica was very accommodating and provided a good breakfast. The location was good, near Termini and walkable to almost all sights since we are veteran walkers.
There was some mix-up regarding the time we would arrive because no one was there to let us in at 20:00 when he had agreed. Luckily we could ask a fruit store owner to call, and shortly someone did show up.

Easy location, just 150 metres from Vittorio Emanuele station which is one stop out of Termini. You can either walk or take the metro to all of the tourist sites. Very friendly and helpful staff will do their best to deal with any of your needs. Large, clean, comfortable air conditioned rooms in a safe and secure building. Ticks all the boxes.
Everything was great, however if I had to choose one area to improve, I would have preferred a prosciutto style ham with breakfast instead of mortadella.
The location is excellent. It was very close to both Termini Station and Metro. Hospitality of staff is very warm.

Our window opened to an interior backyard that was a bit noisy at times.
We hired the appartment for five days, with three persons. The appartment is nice, spacious, cool and clean. Furniture, WiFi, TV, kitchen, bathroom and so on were great. The location proved to be ideal. In a city as large as Rome it is important to have easy access to transport. Two hundred meters from the nearest underground station Vittorio Emanuelle, five minutes walk from the city's largest and bus- and train station Termini. Five minutes from the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore and the Opera, hence very near to cafés and restaurants. We went to the Colosseum by foot in 20 minutes. The owner and her assistant are nice and friendly, and very approachable. Next time we go to Rome we definitely stay here.

Federica and Fahad were wonderful, gracious, and thoughtful hosts. The location is convenient for sight seeing either on foot, or via public transportation. The apartment was comfortable and met the needs of our 5 person family. We would definitely stay here again.

They are so friendly and helped us out so much on I trip they even helped us with the city map to find good touristy places to see. Great place to stay if you have a family and are on a budget they are great people.

There is realy nothing bad I could say about Federica's Home. Some examples of exceptional things: 1. We arrived after midnight (when the reception closes) I called ahead and they stayed open espacially for us. 2. We woke up very late, but they even offered us breakfast, long after the time that breakfast was finished. 3. The staff is super friendly, on every level

The two bedroom apartment was brand-new, and very nice! Very helpful in giving information/maps, and arranging taxi services for us. Close to terminal station and close to taxi's but also within walking distance to many places. Provided bottled water and lots of fresh fruit too!
The location of the guest house was great. It was a five minute walk to the train and subway. Visiting Rome for the first time to try and drive around would have been a nightmare.
The constant street walkers near the entry way of the guest house. It wad not a big deal but there were a few times I walked past the door to ensure no one followed my family in the building.

The hotel has only four rooms. This is an apartment that was converted into a hotel. The rooms are big and comfortable. The breakfast is good. It is located within walking distance from Termini and very close to a Metro station.
There is no lobby to sit and rest after checkout.
Federica is very nice and kind.She gave us the map of Rome and tell us how to go. The breakfast is delicious. And also the room is very clean.
It is really difficult to find the hotel cuz its brand is too small. And when we arrive in advance, Federica was not in the hotel, so we just called her and wait for several minutes.
Very clean and comfortable hotel just in a center of Rome. Nearest metro is around the corner and Termini is 10 minutes walk. Coloseum is about 20 minutes walk. Room has almost everything - fridge, tv, safe. And the most important and biggest plus of this hotel is the very warm and friendly service! If we ever come to Rome again we will for sure choose this hotel.
Some people complain about location - and this is true, the street is dirty, unpleasant and may look scary in a late evening. However, this is just normal in the center of Rome and there is realy nothing to be afraid of.

Frederica's home is an excellent place to stay when visiting Rome. Just a 15' walk from Termini station. Another 15' walk to the Colosseum, with a stop for the main subway just around the corner. The room (with ac, minibar and tv) and bathroom were very nice and clean. Frederica was very helpfull with a problem we had booking our Vatican museum tickets. She really takes care of her guests. Staying there again during another visit? Yes, in a heartbeat.
Federica, the host, warms up to you and make you feel comfortable and homely. Newly decorated and modern finished, a cozy place. Very good breakfast especially the bread, cold cut and sweet savoury despite limited variety.
Location is central and convenient however would advise some caution at night especially if you are travelling alone.
