Everything is perfect there with nice staffs and the hotel is totally new. Very comfortable stay and the hotel design is outstanding. The location is right next to the beach with great sea view. Recommendable for all travelers going to Rimini!

It is the first time I give a comment after my many bookings because this hotel is worth a mention. I have rarely seen such a young engaged staff! Friendly, helpful, ... just perfect. You can't go wrong staying in this hotel!

We loved everything about this hotel from start to finish. The rooms
were all of an exceptionally high standard. The staff were all friendly
and really looked after us. We celebrated our silver wedding anniversary
with a group of friends and the staff made it for us. Would definitely

Hotel was great value and brilliant location right in the centre of
everything. All staff were exceptionally helpful but particular mention
must go to Michaelangelo and the half Italian half australian chap at
the desk. They couldn't have done more for us. Top top staff and I
have stayed in some of the finest city hotels round the world eg four
seasons, mandarin oriental, ritz-Carlton. Rooms basic but perfectly
adequate, minimal and clean. Great time but the staff made it.

LA SITUATION - Service is excellent, rooms at the Residenza is better then the main hotel - Great entrance.. people were very very friendly.. hotel is near the beach (though sooo foggy we couldnt enjoy it) and food was delicious

Perfect Hotel in the centre of Rimini. Nearby the beach, restaurants and bars. (and still quiet). Excellent located. Nice and friendly staff; especially Mary and Alessandra from the bar, very helpfull and with good tips where to go!
