I was staying there in May 2013. The hotel is located in the very city center in the beginning of a pedestrian area. It is nice looking, new and super clean. Besides all the neccessary stuff like a bed you can also find in the room a big sofa, new tv, Nespresso coffee machine, minibar, wardrobe, etc. The bathroom is also new and bog enough.

Parking is close, but it is in the blue spaces so you need to be collecting coins to feed the meter.
