Nice, large room, large bathroom. Clean room. Very friendly staff. Ideally located 100 meters from public beach and close to village centre. A good hotel area, quiet surroundings, easy to park and easy to reach main roads. Well worth its price.

The B&B is in a great location to both central station for bus and train, and city tourist center, the area is very safe and convenient. The owner of the hotel is soooo nice and helpful. We have to leave very early the next day before 7:30, but normally the breakfast is in 8:30, so the owner specially prepare breakfast for us at 7:00, that is impossible in any other six cities we traveled this time in Sicily. Good hotel, friendly staff, extensive breakfast. Be careful, don't follow the GPS, follow the signs or you may arrive at the backdoor and it's quite an art to escape, backwards driving, no way to turn, through a small alley... Apart from the usual things, the place is interesting to observe... you might think you were dropped in a movie somehow...

We truley enjoyed our stay at Sant Alphio, we were close to the beach and city centre of Giardini only a few minutes away. I recommend this area if You want a more tranquil holiday, staff extremely helpful.

Location is perfect for city sightseeing - we were able to reach all the main "must see" objects on foot. The BB is tastefully decorated and the room was spacious with airconditioning, good Wi-fi and perfect mattress (especially important when you come back really tired and sleep like a baby).
