  The hotel was in a super location, 50 metres from the town square and about 300m fro the beach. Very clean, incredibly helpful and charming hosts, simple, but with everything you needed. Santa Theresa was divine, the beach was amazing, water like swimming in a pool and white sand.   We originally planned to stay here for 6 nights, but ended up staying 3 nights extra! Staff is amazing, very sweet and caring people. I + Clean rooms, every day clean although we were often late leaving the room + Breakfast is very complete for an italian hotel: - I was travelling by bike and was warmly welcomed as a cyclist - the owner showed me a huge repair kit I could use and gave me a wonderfully strong pump to pump up my tyres. Free welcome drink as a nice gimmick - bar terrace right at the marina.

  Loved this little hotel - it's a real gem in a lovely little town. Friendly,helpful, welcoming staff, large, spacious room and the most superb breakfast with fruit and home-baked delicacies.   The staff were wonderful and very friendly. They were the nicest we have ever had on any trip to Italy. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was close to town for shopping. (Go out the back near the playground equipment and you are only 5 minutes from shops.) The beach across the street was lovely.Lots of free parking at the hotel.   Location was very central close to the main pedestrian street of Orosei. We stayed in a room 50m away from the main building in the same street but this was not much of an inconvenience with the added bonus of additional privacy and a huge combined jacuzzi/shower. Staff were very friendly although English was a bit limited. Overall an enjoyable stay. - Quirky, each room is different. They've just installed a new wifi, it's free and very fast. Secluded areas to sit outside the rooms. Great breakfast in lovely central courtyard, they even come round to refill your cappuccino. Night Market nearby. Every staff member was very welcoming, even at checkout when I thought I'd pre-paid they were very patient with me until I realized my error.
