The staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. They had a lot of local knowledge which was very helpful. The breakfast provided had the most variety I have ever seen served at a hotel. And they were all very tasty and of a high standard.

The service was excellent. I was was ill the first day of my stay and the staff went to the pharmacy to get medication and even offered to call in a doctor. Breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet so if ur looking to relax after the many tours then this place is for you. -

We stayed in the Presidential suite, so our frame for description starts
out pretty positive! First off, the location was perfect. From the
Piazza del Gesu you can walk everywhere on your tourist map. The only
time we cabbed was to go back and forth to the Vatican. The service was
excellent. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no
English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy.
The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone
in Rome)

All in all it was a great pleasure toy - The location of the hotel is perfect. 200 m from rail station and you are on the road to Rome. Staff is very friendly and speak several languages, actually they are not a staff - they are owners of family run hotel and do care about everything. 1.We liked being so close to the airport for our flight back to Canada in the morning. We used the "Hotel Shuttle" @ 6 Euros per person.
2.The orange slippers provided were a delightful surprise and we loved the "orange"toiletries".
They were very cheery.
3.The breakfast was very good with hot and cold breakfast items and cappuccinos,served in a lovely brightly lit breakfast room.
