  First of all the staff were all amazing. From the brilliant Mariella at the front desk to the senora cleaning the rooms. It is close to Roma Termini station and the main bus station too. Just a few minutes walk. The rooms are big and nice. Also quiet. No traffic noise from my room on 5th floor. You get all the help you need from the staff. Y - The situation of the hotel is absolutely perfect: 5-minute walk from Termini station and near the city center). The staff is very friendly, polite and client-oriented. The receptionist helped us with information about the city (map, how to get to the sightseeings, transport etc.). Room was clean and well-equipped, looked fresh. The breakfast is also perfect - variety of meal for different tastes)

The service was excellent, and with the new improvements being done to this hotel it will be even more fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble. All in all it was a great pleasure toy - The location of the hotel is perfect. 200 m from rail station and you are on the road to Rome. Staff is very friendly and speak several languages, actually they are not a staff - they are owners of family run hotel and do care about everything. I very recommend to anyone to stay in the hotel and do it by myself if will be the opportunity.
