  The location by the lake offered great views and a dramatic sunset at dinner. We found the staff attentive, capable and warm. There was space - both in the rooms and the rest of the hotel - to relax, enjoy the birds and quietly read.   Because of a late arrival at CIA airport, we had booked a simple accommodation very close to Ciampino train station reachable by a local bus (1.20 EUR one-way). If we had missed the bus, we would have had to take an over-priced taxi (20 EUR). Our plan was to take the train to Termini (1.50 EUR one-way) on the next day, which worked out OK, althoug... ce que les gens disent » h there are direct bus connections from CIA to Termini (from 3.80 to 6.00 EUR one-way). The room assigned to us was spacious but apparently freshly pa - Clean and modern decorated. Very close to Ciampino Station which you can take train to Termini for 15 minutes (there's no control, no need to pay any :)) and access the city easily. It's also close to Ciampino Airport and there's shuttle bus passing in front of the hostel. Supermarket is just under the hostel and there are so many pizzerias near.

  Zaiga and Stephanie took care of us with such a friendly customer service, personal touch and they are very helpful for first-time guests in Rome. They also showed us all available rooms upon request for our next visit. We stayed in I-room across from the reception. It does not have a tub but it has a big spa-like shower. The location, as previously mentioned by ot - We stayed in iRooms for three nights. Great location, very comfortable bed, very relaxing, big jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our stay, breakfast was downstairs in the next door restaurant – lovely traditional Italian breakfast but there is a choice of British, American etc for extra 5Euros. We appreciated very much Zaiga, who was looking after us during our stay. She was extremely helpful with all our requests. We enjoyed our stay so next time in Rome - definitely iRooms. Thank You very much.

  The hotel is about 15 minute walk from the main train station Termini which can be used to explore all of Rome. The Hotel is 4 star and it shows. The breakfast was excellent and the service outstanding. We actually didn't have a hotel room but stayed at the Apartments managed by the hotel (400 metres) away. But the complex was in a medieval setting and very impressive. - The staff were very friendly and helpful and did there best to meet our needs they also gave information about tours. The porter made no fuss about bringing our bags to the room and helped my sisterinlaw to connect to the internet .the room lovely clean and bed comfortable also had a taxi take us to the airport when leaving .
