  Francesca at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Best service we had on our 2 week vacation. She helped us find a special event on tv and sent us to a pub that was showing the event. Location is 5 minutes from St. Peter's Square. Looks brand new. Very nice and modern room in a quiet house in one of the side streets near city center. We have had a great vacation there as we engaged with my girlfriend in Roma :-)

  Assunta was the most amazing host and warmly welcomed us on arrival, despite the fact we got in at midnight! She gave us some bubbly (coke for me as I don't like booze) and showed us where all of the places we wanted to visit were on the map. The room was beautiful, very comfortable large bed, newly fitted bathroom with walk in shower and a TV with loads of channels and a build in DV - We really enjoy to stay at Stelle di San Lorenzo, everything was perfect! The hotel is in a nice area, not touristic and calm but very close to the historic center. The room was elegant and clean and you have a great view on the top floor terrace! We also really enjoy the hospitality and the great advices of the owner, Assunta. One more advice: we had a great dinner at the restaurant "Rouge" which is just next to the hotel!
