We were met at the reception by 'Gina' who was courteous and pleasant. We were offered a glass of proseco in the garden, taking in the view of Capri, while we waited for our room. This was our fourth stay at this hotel. Our previous 3 stays occured during the years that the hotel was a JW Marriott. The hotel has been completed refurbished and it is beautiful. Amazing hotel, great location in the middle of all nice restaurants and shops.Very helpful front desk, they upgraded me due to a mistake in their system regarding my room preference. Consider rooms on 3rd and 4th floor for a great view, they are also renovated and very nicely furnished. Great breakfast. I will definitely come back.
