This B&B is simply the best Hotel I ever stayed.
You feel very welcome right from the start and the whole Hotel has a lovely family atmosphere.
The owner is very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are very spacy with a nice Interieur and very clean.
The bed is also very comfortable.
In the room you have a TV with enough foreign channles, not only

This is family held hotel... And I mean it for the best way possible.
Owner sent, few days before our arrival, email with exact directions to
the hotel. Apartment that we received was very beautiful, very clean,
spacious. Beds were comfortable with crispy clean, good smelling sheets.
Spotless shower, soft towels. Breakfast.... Mmmmm.... All the pastries

Simone and Irene were absolutely lovely, nothing was a problem, meeting
us from the airport car rental and finding a parking space for us near
the b & B. Rooms were all beautiful, Irene has beautiful taste. The
breakfast was gorgeous including, strawberries, chickpea omelette,
homemade pizza, homemade cakes, very Italian. Great location right

We especially liked our guest, Irene, who was so very polite and helpful, giving us all the necessary info about where to eat, which by the way, if you're a fan of pizza, then you should definitely try Le Scuderie - best pizza in town :)
We also loved our room, Magnolia, the perfect melange between classic and contemporary with a lot of design objects.

Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The following morning after a really good breakfast Michele drove us to the airport. I don't think I've ever had such service.

The host, Michele, was so enthusiastic about his property and Pisa. The property was superb, it had the best facilities of all establishments we visited on our tour of Italy, even tea & coffee making in the room and a computer. Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Renovated in January 2013 by someone with excellent taste, perhaps the lovely owner who was ever so helpful. The hotel is in a residence built in the 1700s and has a few impressive paintings gracing its walls. It is in a street away from the action which could be good or bad depending on your tastes....no views of anything but really with all of the gorgeous decor one does not need an external view. The bathrooms in particular are WOW!

I loved that it was 10 minute walk from the " leaning tower of Pisa " , the staff we very friendly gave us lots of information , were great with the kids. Many people here don't like the location of "Five Roses", but for me it is quite the contrary. The B&B is very easy to reach, if u decide to simply walk from the airport - literally 15 mins - walk along via dell'Aeroporto, cross the railway tracks, go down the stairs and you will face via Antonio Fratti, walk along it and the gate will be on ur left - impossible to miss! The service at B&B dei Cavalieri was welcoming and the value for money was very reasonable. The interior was cosy and styled perfectly to reflect Italy.
The accommodation was within good walking distance from the train station, however, at first we found it difficult to find. On reflection I should have printed of the exterior picture to remember what it looked like. The breakfast was a fantastic spread.
