Ce que les gens disent
Very convenient location near the center - just ten minutes walk to main sights. Room actually look like ****. Really good value for money. There is underground parking just below the apartment. Consider that room is located in ZTL area so car plate have to be registered in hotel upon arrival. For dinner highly recommend Trattoria Corrieri which is located on adjacent street Via Conservatorio 1. tous commentaires »
Excellent value and best budget apartment we've used. Modern, spacious, clean comfortable & stylish. Well equipped bathroom and kitchenette. Excellent free Wi-Fi. Sat TV included premium channels.Easy checkout (leave keycard on desk and go),
Car park located underneath (10 Euro 24 hours).
The residence Romeo & Giulietta was a good choice. You'll just need 5 minutes to get to the city's historical centre and, if you feel tired after a long day walking around the city, you can grab a bite at the restaurant Shakespeare which is literally outside your door.
Great city apartment hotel with everything you need. From the station
there is a bus that stops outside the hotel, walk is about 15 20 minutes
riverside promenade.Calm and peaceful place. Great restaurant with live
music, but is closed on Sunday and Monday.
Central Parma location was great and, once you find your way, the hotel location is quite convenient as most of city is within 15 min walk. Room was very clean and quite spacious. Parking, once found, was secure and close-by.
Very clean and pleasent room. No need for check-out, only leaving the
keycard in the room. Despite the looks of the outside of the hotel, the
room itself feels like a more expensive room, good value for money.
This is a great value. The room was very modern and comfortable. The setting, in an actual theater, was fun and unique. And the wonderful city of Parma was within walking distance.
Location is grate. It is very close to the city center.
Pablic parking is under the hotel. It is very convenient.
Room is spacious.
And very-very good restaurant.
really great apartament, very clean, very well equipped, 10 minutes walk from Parma center. you just have to remember that check-in is in different location!.
The room was great, very comfortable with a coffee machine and other amenities. Good location as well, the city center being just down the street.
clean with all amenities found in an apartment
location is fantastic if you want to see Parma city centre on foot
parking available but not free.
Nice room. Mini fridge and A/C. Wifi worked well. Restaurant is delicious!! Best parmesan cheese I've ever had.. Hotel was good value for money.
The location is great, the room was clean and confortable, and the air conditioning efficient. The amenities are good.
Clean, nice, cozy room (and bathroom). Tea, instant coffee and water supplied were really helpful.
Thank you !.
Good location parking in the same building close to center of town. Big
room, quiet, tea and coffee in room.
Excellent new build and modern furnishings. Good location within easy walk of the city centre. Very clean.
The design, the location (quiet), good beds, a very cosy bar With friendly and professional staff.
Well-designed, modern bedroom and bathroom, large, comfortable bed, good air conditioning.
Quirky hotel (in a good way) set in a theater. Great location, clean,
wonderful overall.
Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location close to city centre
and sights.
brilliant location, spotlessly clean and great value.
The best stay of the holiday. No downside.
Free WIFI, but sometimes not a good signal.
Great value and a really good location.
evrything was good.
Clean and quiet.
Everything.
price.
The price was right for a room with balcony and kitchenette. Walkable in Parma to everything you want to see. No problem with check-in if you find the Hotel and get their directions.
Close to a good restaurant and not far from old Parma and shipping. Big rooms and very tidy and well maintained. Small touches like alarm in bathroom for accidents and linen towels.
Room was clean, tea tray provided and large comfy bed. Overall a nice
nights stay (see cons) underground parking at 10 euros.
The location is good, because it is in the city center. The room was clean and well equipped, with a small kitchen.
As usual it was my fifth or sixth stay - comfortable room - clean and
quiet - but..... (Read my complaint).
The room was spacious and nicely decorated and clean. The desk was fine and had a good chair for working.
Cheep parking near the hotel. Big nice room.
Location, web access,.
Room was good size and Bathroom and toiletries were good.
We had trouble finding the address and when we found it discovered it to be apartments attached to a theatre complex. Check-in was to be done at a hotel, 'Toscanini', 300m away. We could find no hotel of this name so enquired at an Ibis hotel. A helpful manager explained that this was the right place to check-in, but that the hotel had changed name/franchise! We were clearly frustrated, so he offered us a room at the Ibis for the same price. The Ibis was fantastic in every way.
Nothing really. Restaurant in the building is closed on Sundays and Mondays however there are some other nice locations nearby.
Lack of security. No staff and no lock on building doors. We arrived late to find both front door and rear fire door wide open. Corridor was filled by mosquitoes and moths attracted by lights. No spy hole on room doors to check out corridor before opening. We felt unsafe.
The price per day was a little bit too high for a hotel which does not include in the price at least breakfast. The wi-fi was a little bit slow.
Registration is rule in the hotel named'' Ibis'', not
Toscanini no such will it confuse us. You can not count on any support
from the main hotel, key card broke and I had to go there, the radiator
in the bathroom did not work, the young man at the front desk refused
help. So trust yourself.
Check-in process at nearby hotel was not great. Had some trouble initially finding our reservation and staff was not very friendly.
Check-in is in another hotel, nearby (not the most comfortable
procedure). It wasn't easy to find the way to the hotel from the
parking lot. No staff at the hotel, only at the other hotel where
you check-in.
Nothing to dislike.
Our bath-room was equipped for disabled and was uncomfortable.
We had a problem finding the check-hotel, listed as The Toscanini. The hotel signs do not mention this name. It is called Ibis Hotel.
that one has to walk some distance to get the key for the room
consider that if you come by car an extra 10 euro for the compulsory parking.
Location is pretty far from train station. If you are walking, ignore the signs for the hotel that you check-in to..it is on the main street but the street signs lead you all over the place. There isn't hotel staff.. you check in at a separate location. When we arrived, it was confusing to get to our room and with no staff it was frustrating.
The check is in another hotel, and thats not clear when you make the reservation. And the parking is not included.
Staff didn't really help us on the arrival when we asked about good places to eat ou sight seeing.
Had a little trouble in spoting the hotel Toscanini because the name was not written on the building.
Rather poor bath kit (no shower gel) more adapted for one person.
Dont forget that you have to check in else where! Its on the booking
form but I forgot :( it is only a 5 min walk if you get there and I
would recommend you walk rather than try to drive, the waitress in the
theater restaurant gave clear directions!.
Be careful to read the instructions for arrival - the hotel that acts as reception is about 800m away so go there first.
As a couple we should have received one key (Access card) each. The bathroom shuld have a shelf to put toilet bags on near the Wash basin.
Nothing to make coffee in and nowhere nearby to buy breakfast.
Having to check in at another hotel. It's quite a drag.
There needs to be some signage and/or map at the hotel to direct
guests to the checkin location.
like everyone else, we found the check in (at a separate location) a real pain and wandered around for ages trying to find both check in and hotel. but it was a small price to pay - although not if you're only staying for one night or hve problems walking.
The staff at the Hotel Toscanni where we booked in were not very friendly. It would have been helpful if they had mentioned the very good Romeo and Juliette restaurant attached to the complex.
No easy access from parking to hotel room. 10 eu per day.
nothing.
The location in a new theatre/restaurant complex seems a bit odd, like they intended the residences for theatre groups and the concept didn't work. Once you find the elevator entrance and swipe your roomcard on the elevator's reader, it will take you directly to the residence level. Figuring this out earlier would have saved me a lot of dragging bags up and down stairs trying to get into the place.
Receptionist English only fair. Long way to check in if you have luggage. Very noisy street one night but quiet the other. No English channels on tv so unusable for non Italians.
Check in at another hotel 1/2 mile away ! we booked a room with
kitchette and took food with us but given a hotel room so we had to
throw the food away and no restaurants nearby! Only the theatre
restaurant at expensive prices.
There is no reception. You need to walk to the Ibis hotel which is quite a walk if it is cold and raining. They say it`s only 300meters away, but it`s further! A bit too expensive, considering that if you need something you need to go to the Ibis hotel!.
Arrival after 10 pm - door closed - reception not attended, had to check
in in a partner hotel around a half a mile away (a 15 min walk through
through pourring rain and back). Sorry - after five stays with no
complaints, this makes me change my mind and look elsewere for the next
stay in Parma.
The advertised free wifi was so feeble I could only send email when stood a the end of the corridor near the door. As somewhere to keep up to date with business emails it was impossible. There are no food facilities at the residenze as it is an annex to a hotel (hotel is 400m away). There is a restaurant in the theatre next door in the evening.
Again! Be carefull - check in is in another place.
The advertised restaruant on site was closed during July an August. No mention of this on there website. No cleaning materials in the room, ie no brush, mop etc.
Too expensive for apartments without kitchen. Breakfast is not included. Parking is also not included and 1 day costs 10 EUR.
No description of where to get key access, swipe card didn't work had to wait 40 minutes for someone to turn up.
Very difficult to find and check in.
I was charged a full night for a "no show" while I arrived on
Sunday evening at 21.00 and everything was closed without any mention
from where we should get the key. The phone nb given during the
reservation is wrong so after 30mn I had to look for another hotel. I
adressed my complaint to the hotel and they did not wanted admit
information was not availbale since the key had to be got from another
hotel in Parma town. This is not acceptable for business travellers.
