The best asset of this hotel is the staff who were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was very well-appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was typically continental, with a lot to choose from. It was served in a fabulous baroque dining room. Secure private guarded parking place (with fence) just next to hotel (included in price). Nice, clean facility, modern comfortable rooms with well running wi-fi, spacy shower and safe deposit box. We booked at last minute so the fare was low.
We got for a small amount of money the facilities of a hotel which sometimes is better (24 hr service, a more complete breakfast, easy to access).
Good value for money and a nice place to stay when planning to be outside all day.

The hotel is located very close to the Central Rail Station, which makes it very easy to get to Pompei or Sorento. You can also reach the historical city center on foot in less than 30 minutes. The hotel looks very nice, it is spotless clean and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic italian-style, but they have fresh pastry avery morning and you can rely on it to start the day. Would definitely stay there again.

This is just perfect hotel with a location at Spaccanapoli, close to Santa Chiara. You cant go wrong by staying here.
There are a few issues though. First there is no breakfast, no food at all. You will get a meal ticket, you can use this to pay for a coffe and a croissant at the coffe bar at Piazza S. Domenico Maggiore, a 7 min walk from the hote

The hotel is on the second floor, so plenty of stairs, but Vincent was on hand to help with our bags. We had a large double room with en suite shower room, and a small balcony facing Santa Chiara. You're right in the middle if the historical centre of the city with easy access to all the churches etc. the room was clean and if you kept the French doors to the balcony closed, you couldn't hear any traffic noise at all. The ceiling fan was a welcome addition. Breakfast was in a square round

that's an oasis in the centre os naples! we reached the hotel by foot from the central railway ctation - there was rubbish everywhere while we were going, but caracciolo appeared like a miracle)) by the way, naples has it's own charm and i like it, but the difference is enormous on the first sight)) -
