  Le Room Service et surtout la disponibilité du personnel concerné . - L'hôtel a l'allure un peu surrannée des palaces d'antan, type l'Hôteldes bains du Lido ou bien le Baron à Alep, cela change des 4 étoileshabituels... J'espère que les rénovations qui ne devraient pas tardergarderont intact l'esprit du lieu...

  I have always found the Carlton to have all ready upon my arrival. My room was available and all was in order. The staff is always very helpful and informative. You cannot beat the location of the hotel to the great shops.

  Location -- right next to the Galleria, Luini's, and the Duomo. Valet car service (75 euros a day though). Large hotel room; very spacious. Espresso machine in room. Free beverages in the room. Knowledgeable English speaking staff.
