Fabulous overall!!! I stayed at this hotel to be close to the airport
for an early morning (430am) start. So while the location was a bit of a
hike to Venice the previous day, it was worth it for the next
morning's airport convenience. They even had a transfer van (booked
the day before) for me at 5am for only 6 euros! Excellent service. And

The hotel correct address is Via Terraglio 15, Maestre as the coordinates or the address provided under Important information from letsbookhotel.com (Via Terraglio 94, Venezia) are incorrect. Otherwise the hotel is modern, room is very comfortable and the continental breakfast was good. The bus stop to go to Venice is very close. The Villa is very well-kept, rooms are very nicely finished and large. The pool area is amazing and a great place to relax. The Villa is also a Bus Trip away from Venice. There is a well equiped kitchen, with satelite tv and a/c. They offer free bicycles for their clients to go around the area. Staff are very helpful/ friendly and I suggest this

It was very clean and noise free. Only thing missing is mentioning how to reach the hotel by Bus from Venice St Lucia. It would have been really helpful. - The room was very clean and modern. Good breakfast in the morning, and they will make your favorite type of coffee right there for you.

This boutique hotel is fantastic - Fillipo and his staff were amazing and very helpful - especially with transport and getting to and from Venice.
It is a well designed and superbly fitted out apartment style rooms.
Mestre is a great option to stay rather than to fight getting yourself and luggage to Venice island which is a 15 minute bus ride to Venice.
Legrenzi Rooms are located close to the bus and train station and a great restaurant and bar plus shopping is right outside the door!

Nous y avons passé 3 jours très agréable dans un cadre moderne et romantique, tout prés de Venise, pour un prix très raisonnable ! rien à voir avec les hôtels et chambres miteuses que l'on peut trouver dans Venise à des prix bien plus importants ! les propriétaires sont très gentils et n’hésitent pas à vous conseillers pour les visites. -
