The room was perfect. Modern, comfortable like our own mini apartment in Rome. Vey clean. The bed was excellent. Theres no noise what so ever and where the hotel location is execelent. I was really pleased with everything. I highly recomend this hotel. -

Location was so convenient. We walked everywhere. Loved being near
Piazza Navone. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. We stayed in the
smallest room but every amenity was provided with good taste and
thoughtfulness. Mini fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks at no
extra cost. Bed was the most comfortable we have found anywhere in our

The staff's attention to detail and service was impeccable. From the
moment we arrived we were greeted with coffee while we waited to be
checked in. The room was the cutest thing ever with a window overlooking
the streets of Rome (it felt like a movie). Breakfast was served on time
and there was so much to choose from. When it was time for us to check
out, the staff went out of their way to get us to the airport on time.
Three days after our stay we realized we forgot our IPad in the safety
box

Was our first time in Rome and Townhouse Spagna's location was perfect for sight seeing. We found it a perfect base to just stroll the streets and find all the various monuments at each corner.
Townhouse Spagna is located near the Spanish Steps and is a trendy part of town where all the nice boutiques are. Great city living.

Lots of options for eating on your doorstep too with a lot -
Town House Spagna is conveniently located in an alley right by the
Spanish Steps. As soon as I made a last minute booking for same day
check in, they called me to make sure I was okay to find the place and
provided directions. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a bigger
room free of charge which is always a nice surprise. Town House Spagna
is a very cute boutique style hotel and has very pretty furnishings. We
had a short stay but it was a pleasant one.

Modern design of the interior and the rooms gives the feeling of "you are in Rome; where the history and art meets...". Definitely advice here for all.

We liked everything about this cosy and home away from home hotel. The location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing - a 1 minute walk to Spanish steps. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area, a food store is 5 min walk. The owning couple of the hotel (Natalya and her husband) were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgebable and also nice partners in conversation.I was met by Natalya- a very friendly lady who gave an informative introduction to the city of Rome. It was a very good location. Although we passed the door once and had to go back. The first impression when entering the main door was not the best. But then when we entered the door to The Pantheon Relais it was a different world. So elegant,nice and comfortable.

The room had been refurbished 3-4 months ago and was so nice.that goes for the bathroom as well. -
Great location and good value for price. Very thoughtful about details that a traveler might forget such as toothbrush and razor. We were offered the arrangement of a private transfer from the airport on arrival and that was incredibly helpful after an 8 hour overnight flight. Cost of that was also very reasonable by North American comparison. They made this a perfect start to our vacation.

The location was perfect. The place was super clean and the staff was
very attentive a curious! Read some other reviews about the noise.. The
place is so centrally located so there was some noise but the sound-
proof windows blocked nearly all if the ground noise. The owners even
set up transfer to the airport that came early. I have stayed in Rome at
3 other places and this was the best for the combo of clean, value, and
location! Will definitely stay again!

The location was excellent. It is a quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation with air con and a small refrigerator in in the room. Situated on the first floor of a block of apartments with a lot of small family run restaurants a few paces in each direction. A few minutes walk frm the main bus routes. The location was fantastic! We walked everywhere except to the Colosseum. We stayed int the quad room - the bed was very comfortable, the room nice and quiet, the AC worked very well and so did the wifi. We really liked the flexibility and hospitality shown by Carlo and the rest of the staff. -
