This is a small hotel - about 6 rooms in a large building in the Embassy region of the City. so it is very quiet and has a safe feeling. The hotel is very new and the room we had was excellent, very comfortable and modern. there was an ipad in the room for our use which was a very nice touch. the best things about this hotel though are Sereba and Marco who make you feel so welcome. The hotel was excellent! The staff couldn't be nicer. Every morning
there was a breakfast with bread, pastries, cereal, fruit, Nutella,
cookies, cheese and salami, yogurt! There was a staff member there that
mass your coffee for you. They had the table set up for you an took away
your dishes when done. The wifi didn't work at first didn't

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Monica showed us the highlights in the area on the map and printed our tickets and boarding passes. She arranged a driver for us for our 6am flight out.
We spent over 3 weeks traveling throughout Italy and this place was by far the best price to value for the level of accommodations. It is within walking distance (5-10 min) to major sites and a convenient bus stop is just around the corner.

Location was fabulous and they made me feel like I was home. Very comfortable and friendly. - as already said by others, the location is excellent. and in no particular order: The bed was very comfortable; the staff was welcoming and helpful; coffee was tasty; and even the weather cooperated. we'd stay at Eva's again any time.

The people were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy there. The place had high ceilings and a very comfortable bed. The shower was in the room but it had a screen for privacy. Nice balcony that overlooked street. In good neighborhood and too far from things. The bedding was very nice. We would stay there again because we enjoyed the neighborhood atmosphere.

- perfect location - just a few minutes from Termini station and a walking distance from all main sights of the city center
- the apartment is light & spacious enough

The owner was very helpful and was always available. We had some
trouble connecting to the wifi and she gave us the use of her tablet
which had a separate internet connection. She also didn't charge us
for the wifi. The location is great as it is right next to the main
road - Via Nazionale. It was also located in a very safe area as the
place was next to the Ministry of Defence offices. Presentation-wise:
you get what you pay for.
