The owners went overboard to make you feel at home and answered our many questions with knowledge and added their own little bits to make it a great experience. as for the location it was great within walking distance of the central bus/train station. Many restaurants within walking distance. Its location is in a very safe and convineint quarter - 10 min. on foot to Termini and to the city centre. There are bus stops nearby to the main Rome attractions, eventhough you can reach them on foot. The owner is very polite and helpful. You can rely on him for every question you have.He gives you a map and routes on it, even without asking for this. The rooms were not big, but very comfortable. Break

Very clean , friendly welcome, Breakfast quite basic but fresh pastries and coffee set out which you collect and eat in your room. very good location for a base point, Shops, Mini s/market, Laundrette and resturants all on the door step.   the guest house is on the second floor (without elevator), in a roman building. Easy access to restaurants, internet point, fast food and it is really close to Roma Termini station (5 minutes walk). The room was clean, with fan, and in total 4 beds (in my room). the bathroom, with hot water, all kind of shampoo. the guest house was peaceful a... ce que les gens disent » nd all the other guest respected the privacy and the silence. the owner (not italian) was friendly and he speaks good english. Thanks man. Achille - This hotel is very comfortable and cosy for my mom and I when we visited in Rome. Rony is a very helpful and warmhearted stuff to help us a lot! He helped us to lift the luggage, provided a water heater for us and gave us many good suggestions. The room is very quiet and spacious although shared a bathroom with others. Reasonable price and good location. Highly recommend !

  Comfortable rooms and warm treatment from the staff. Massimo and wife were really accomodating to my wife and kids while I was away for two days out of Rome. Location is great and walking distance to train station.
