Right next to the guest-house is the Roman Forum, several great basilicas, Colosseo is 5 minutes walk away, etc. etc. + The rooms are spacious and very well-furnished. The quality you'd expect to find in a 3-4 star hotel rather than in a guest-house. + There is a kitchen with a stove & fridge. Really nice :) Coffee-machine makes nice coffee and hot chocolate 50c a cup (as of September 2013). + The staff was super-friendly and really helpful.

  Our 4-day stay in Rome was amazing thanks to the great location of the B&B and our priceless host, Massimo. All the major sites (St. Peter’s Basilica, Vatican Museums, Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Piazza De’ Fiori, Piazza Spagna etc.) are within walking distance from the B&B, so you are not depending on public transportation... ce que les gens disent » and can walk back safely on the streets after midnight. Massimo had great tips for visiting the major sites and saved us a lot of time, since we didn - Our host, Mossimo, was incredible! He gave us great advice and information about seeing everything that Rome had to offer. The location was amazing! We were close to the Vatican and within walking distance for most of the spectacular sites! We only took a cab to the Coliseum because we were at the end of the trip and a little tired. The breakfasts were delightful with amazing pastries, breads, fruits, meats plus the best cappuccino and espresso around! The price of a week's stay is unbeatable.

As I stayed over the easter weekend you could feel the excitement from the locals regarding the new pope Francis. The location was great with only a 12 minuite walk to Vatican City and metro line! It is a quiet real Italian feel throughout the hotel and surrounding streets! I will defiantly be back!
