Simone and Irene were absolutely lovely, nothing was a problem, meeting
us from the airport car rental and finding a parking space for us near
the b & B. Rooms were all beautiful, Irene has beautiful taste. The
breakfast was gorgeous including, strawberries, chickpea omelette,
homemade pizza, homemade cakes, very Italian. Great location right

We especially liked our guest, Irene, who was so very polite and helpful, giving us all the necessary info about where to eat, which by the way, if you're a fan of pizza, then you should definitely try Le Scuderie - best pizza in town :)
We also loved our room, Magnolia, the perfect melange between classic and contemporary with a lot of design objects.
And last but not least, the location was perfect, with a beautiful view over the Piazza Vittorio Emanuelle II. Oh, and the breakfast was delicio

Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The following morning after a really good breakfast Michele drove us to the airport. I don't think I've ever had such service.

The host, Michele, was so enthusiastic about his property and Pisa. The property was superb, it had the best facilities of all establishments we visited on our tour of Italy, even tea & coffee making in the room and a computer. Motion sensing lights in the public areas, thoughtfully placed lighting in the rooms, and the bathrooms featured Michele's photographs in ceramic tiles - beautiful. he also listened to our plans and made helpful suggestions to maximise the time in Pisa. This is a wonderful boutique hotel. It was built in 1920 and has an Art Deco appearance with modern amenities. The bathroom has a large shower with new tiles, mirrors and sink. Nice touch with soaps and shampoos to choose from. The bed has a wonderful pillow top and is very comfortable. We were a family of 3 so the extra full size bed in an attach

The location was perfect! Close to the tower, bus right out front front that takes you to the train station and airport. Breakfast was yummy-kids loved the sandwiches and I loved the cakes and coffee! Room was great for a family of 4 with a balcony to enjoy in the morning and evening! Super place and would stay here again!

Everything, actually. A part of a historic building refurbished and made into a B&B of high standard. Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Renovated in January 2013 by someone with excellent taste, perhaps the lovely owner who was ever so helpful. The hotel is in a residence built in the 1700s and has a few impressive paintings gracing its walls. It is in a street away from the action which could be good or bad depending on your tastes....no views of anything but really with all of the gorgeous decor one does not need an external view. The bathrooms in particular are WOW!

I loved that it was 10 minute walk from the " leaning tower of Pisa " , the staff we very friendly gave us lots of information , were great with the kids.
