  The apartment is in a lovely quiet location, the owner is available by telephone in the event of any issues, and he is extremely helpful. The hot water did not work in our apartment and we were immediately moved to another one in the same building, which was an upgrade. Very spacious and comfortable the apartment was location in a fantastic location that made it easy to explore all of Venice and also get back to. The neighborhood felt safe and the accommodations were great as well, espresso machine with capsules, towels, a blow dryer and a kitchenware.

  The best thing that impressed that I recieved an email from Adriana - the communications manager of the hotel, 2-3 before my check-in to make sure that I smoothly find the hotel (water bus number, location map, etc.). The kitchen is good and you can cook. I bought some fresh catch from the fish market which is just below the hotel. Mi - Great, great location.....really could not be better placed in the city for walking and the general sights of Venice. The top floor is very generous in size with a quaint, atelier style slanted roof and pop-up dormer windows looking out onto the Grand Canal. Amenities and the access to a full kitchen are very welcome additions to a lovely stay.

  Absolutely loved it. The owner, Matteo came and met us at Rialto Bridge, from there it was a few minutes walk to the hotel. St Marks square was just a few minutes walk too. We were upgraded from out triple room (on the canal, which was delightful) to two very large adjoining rooms on the canal, with a double length balcony! It was stunning. There are um - The experience of staying here was excellent even before we arrived! As we were arriving really late into Venice, Matteo assured us it was no problem to meet us at San Marco vaporetto and walked us to the B&B! A nice touch so late at night! The B&B was perfectly located just a few minutes walk from St Marks square and less than 10 from Rialto bridge - generally close to everything we wanted to see and do as a tourist!
