We were so possitively impressed staying on this yacht... Is totally for 100% relaxful, full of care service which this family gave. The yacht is extra new, all cabines is clean and cared and the breakfast was fantastic. What we liked more is warm friendly attitude to every tourist!! Hosts' smile is best! First, after reservation, we found out we could not make in time for check-in time due to flight change. Then they arranged nice B&B close to airport for us. Moreover, I joined Venicemarathon, then they instructed me water bus time table and station map. And we were informed legal time change timing. It helped us a lot be

from the B&B, which meant we had no wi-fi, but it was very
comfortable, and the kitchen was more than adequate. The location was a
5-10 minute walk away from Saint Marks Square, it was perfect, quiet and
right around the corner from a grocery store.

What's not to like about a luxury yacht moored close to Venice with its own free water taxi to get you back after the water buses stop running. despite misgivings about the yacht being moored on another island it was very easy to get to Venice and back with a ten minute water bus ride.
Would recommend this for a different and special experience. -

The simple fact that it was an yacht. You slept in one of the cabins, could enjoy the sun in the deck, and so on. If you by any chance wanted to have dinner in Venice you didn't have to call a water taxi (the last bus is at 8pm) - they have a free transfer service to the yacht.

As other have said before me, location, location, location. The hotel is 3 minutes away from San Marco. Lorenzo, which I think is the owner, was very nice, confirmed our reservation by email almost instantly, gave us instructions on how to get there from the airport. The lady at the reception was very nice as well, they allowed an early check-in.
