The staff were really friendly and cooperative. They even agreed to give us a light breakfast meal 45 minutes before it was actually due (we had to check out early). The room was spacious too and people who like the castle/old/medival style hotels will find this one good. - The decor is lovely, it's hidden in a square so it was quiet, air conditioner was on when we arrived, which was great as it was extremely hot weather. Its not far from many good restaurants and the Grand Canal is just a short walk down the alley.Breakfast was simple but good.

  We really enjoyed the lovely personal as well as the location, not far away from the Rialto bridge. If you have problems finding your way, ask the polite Venetians. For travellers on a smaller budget this is great value for the money. The breakfast consists of sweet food stuffs, but that is what most Italians eat.
