  Very close for the subway, very friendly stuff ( the guy who was there on the 29.11 was very friendly and helped us a lot with advises about supermarkets, what places to visit, etc, he helped us with our luggage, he even opened our bottle of wine :), very supportive), the room was cleaned every day. - The staff was very friendly and helpful.   Well it's hard to describe or to draw clear line between positive and negative things in this hotel. So I'll start from biggest advantage - place. Perfect location, from hotel it's 2 minutes on walk to Milan central train station. The best thing there terminates airport shuttles, so you can be on time even for early morning flight.   It is really cheap. The location is good, as it is not far from metro. Personnel is really friendly. It is really perfect if you need just a place to sleep. And it was really quiet in the hostel.   The hostel was very clean and walking distance away from all the sights. The man from the desk gave me a map with all the sights on it which helped. I stayed for 2 nights and for the 2nd night i was alone in a 4 bedroom female room which was nice to have some space but all the ladies were lovely that were in their previously.   The host is very nice. He answered lots of our inquiries, like the route to the airport, the post office etc. And he always gave us a warm smile that make us feeling great. - The staff is friendly. He apologized for the mistake he did with timing due to daylight saving.
