  Great service and friendly people: they helped us find a supermarket so we didn't have to pay €2 for half a liter of water in the city, they brought us showergel because we forgot to bring our own and they showed us some nice restaurants. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect: within a few minutes walk of Vaticancity and the Vatican muse... ce que les gens disent » ums. Restaurants are right around the corner. The room was clean, the breakfast simple but with a lots of fruit of whitch we took the appels and banan - They e-mailed us 1 day earlier to check on our arrival time and they were extra kind and helpful. It is located at a 1885 constructed building which gives you the era of the town (when in Rome try to live like Romans do). The rooms are in a big appartment converted to hotel on the 1st floor at a very nice area next to Vatican City (2 blocks walk) and the Ottaviano Metro Station (1 block). The room is clean and has all you may need for a city trip.

  We stayed at Attilio Regolo last year and came back again. Owners of the hostel have changed since last year. We saw Fabrizio just once, on check-in. He was very attentive and friendly. Thank you very much! This year we stayed in a small double room. This room is not much smaller than a simple double room. Olivia, the receptionist, was very friendly and helpful. The location is great, with walking distance to the Vatican, other attractions, restaurants, super market,... The place was better than what I expected for a reasonable price. Olivia scheduled a taxi driver to pick us up inside the airport and took us to the hotel
