  The hotel was close to the Termini and in a safe location. The girls at reception were friendly and helpful and also carried my suitcase up to the first floor...much appreciated .   Our rooms were clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Coffee and juice and pastry was served, for a simple breakfast. Neighborhood is very nice and a short walk to the train station. The hotel is about a block from Independence Square on a side street with little traffic. The attached trattoria is excellent. Room is so good for this money, its big and all from natural wood. On floor 4 or 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms, it is so comfortable too. Location is so good: nearly railway station, 20 minutes walk to Coliseum.

  This B&B is close to Roma Termini (10 minutes walking) and is run by a very friendly staff. You take the lift to the 4th floor and climb the stairs to the 5th. The room and the bathroom are not very large, but everything was very clean. Our room had a window on the roof which gave it an extra charm. I'd definitely stay in Alma de R - Very kind and friendly staff who want to do everything to make the guests feel at home(we had been there for 11 days and one day we must go out at 7 a.m. and did not have time to have breakfast, the staff arranged us to have the breakfast by ourselves. They offer the guests free snack like coffee, cakes, biscuits etc. for whole day), Very quiet and bright room with the roof window. Good location just 5 minutes' walk from the Termini railway station. Nice terrace.
