"At forty-one" is not a "classic" hotel but 6 luxurious apartments in the forth floor of a nice building just 100m from the metro and within walking distance from everything in Rome. Can't recommend this place enough! Just a few minutes walking from both Repubblica metro station and Termini.
The staff was very friendly and nice, room super-clean, spacious, modern and comfortable.
Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy.
In short, I loved my stay and next time in Rome I know where to go. ;-)

Very helpful friendly staff. Ideal location to find and to see sights from. Good, clean rooms. - We had a very good stay at Residenza Ki - the hotel is in an excellent location, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Gigi). Don't expect to see a grand entrance or large sign

What a gem! Located in an old Palazzo, in the middle of Rome's best
shopping, a short walk to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. For
a few dollars more that other hotels we looked at, we had a huge 2

I like everything in this hotel. I have to say that It was the best of all the hotels I have visited before. It is not just a matter of comfort and location, it is also a matter of excellent and dedicated attention. The host makes you feel really comfortable. Anna, our hostess, was fantastico! Her personal attention to our minor
needs was excelling! For example, she prepared breakfast one morning
earlier than the scheduled breakfast period to allow us to get an early
start with that day's activity.
Anna sang to my wife's piano accompaniment; Anna tutored me with my fledgling Italian conversation; Anna gave superb directions involving bus transportation. This hostess became our friend too.

It was a good location but difficult to find. We needed better
directions since no one we asked and our gps were not helpful in
finding the street address. The 2 staff members there were pleasant,
very helpful and kind, Breakfast was amazing and they even set the
dining room breakfast up early for us because we had to leave early for
our flight. -

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The recommendations for sights and places to eat given to us by Marco were great; we wouldn’t have found many of what became our favourites without them. The location was in a quiet and beautiful part of town just a 15 minute walk from the city centre.

How many hotels are there where the entrance is through an actual boutique? It has a great location yet remains quiet and comfortable. If you like run of the chain hotels you will probably hate it! I booked The Relais Julia for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. The
hotel went to great lengths to make my parents stay a special one. I was
so delighted when I heard of the welcome they received. Thank you so
much to the staff ! The hotel is in a great location close to The
Vatican and to the Historico Centro and the beautiful Piazza Navona .The
room was lovely and most importantly the bed was comfortable. I spent
such a long time researching a hotel for their trip that was in
budget,good l
