  We stayed there for a week in the end of October 2013. The room is clean and comfortable, there is all facilities. Everything is new. We had the room with the balcony which is on the silence street. The staff is really helpful. We liked the owner, he is very informal and helpfull. There is a trainstation nearby (5 minute walk), which is good for reaching the B&B at arrival and go to the colloseum. For seeing the rest of the city, we never used it. St Pieter square is 15 minute walk. Nearest metro station 25 minute walk. There is a bus for reaching the rest of the city, but we never used it and did most of the sightseeing by foot.

  I stayed at the hotel for an entire week and I have no complaints! The location is excellent, close to 3 metro stations, buses pratically in front of the hotel! Also, you can get to several touristic attractions walking! I stayed at the single room and the size was excellent, ensuite bathroom and very, very clean! The BnB is very clean and spacious, there is even a computer in the common area with a printer and books to refer to which we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street near the termini. He had suggested best ways to get in from the airport, how to find the bnb. The breakfast at the cafe r - We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. The hotel is situated close to the Termini station, so there is no need to take a taxi.   The staff were excellent, Mario arranged all of our trips and walks around the city which meant that we were able to enjoy our trip more without having to worry. Downstairs in the resturant, Constantinou was an excellent waiter, who was very friendly and always happy to help. In the evening, we had plenty of fun with Jess and Roberto. I would definitely stay - The hostel is located near the main train terminal and also close to most attractions. Staff was kind and helpful, specially Mario who created personalized itineraries for each day of our stay and gave great tips. We stayed in a private room, it was comfortable and it had a big enough bathroom. Value for this room was OK since something similar would have been more expensive in any other hotel this close to the city center.
