  This was our first trip to Rome and thanks to Vincenzo (the owner of this resort) it will not be our last. The room was perfect in every way!, the view of the Vatican was breathtaking and it was brilliant to be able to sit and watch the local residents go about there daily business... The room and en-suite were per - The room was very nicely decorated and looked like it was recently refurbished with a fine working aircondition, which was a life-saver in Rome's 38 degrees August heat! Bathroom excellent. Room cleaned every day. Espresso machine, free of use, in the common kitchen. Possible to cook breakfast or lunch on gas stove. Balcony with view over the Vatican roofs and towers. Owner, Vincenzo was really friendly and helpful. Cheap room for Rome. On the 8th floor, but there's a lift. Would stay here agai

  This hotel is more like the size of a B&B, with 4 rooms and a lobby in the middle, as part of a larger building. The rooms are great. Very modern and large, with comfortable beds. This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop.   Fantastic location, a minute from Vatican City and a reasonable walk from the other main attractions. Very clean, great staff, good sized rooms. The shower was hot and great pressure for a 6th floor room! (Don't worry there is a lift all the way up.) Really good price for what it is. - Clean, Professionalism and politeness. The staff has helped us to make a reservation to Museums which was mandatory before you visit them. It was the best place to return to after a very tiring day walking all around the Rome. Last but not least it was located in a very nice and safe place. I would easily select it again on a next trip in Rome.
