  The hotel is located in Chinatown, near the railway / train station Termini. The hotel occupies the first two floors in an apartment building. The reception and dining room are on the 2nd floor, and we lived on the first floor. There is a lift. Furniture and bathroom in the room is in good condition. The lighting is good everywhere. The room has a TV, fr - The room was large and very clean. We had a balcony which was great especially after a long day of walking in Rome. The staff was very nice and friendly. It is a family business and they make sure you are taken care of. The breakfast was good, enough to hold you till lunch. Around the corner was 2 very good restaurants. At first the neighborhood looked run down but I felt safer there then many of the tourist areas in Rome. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Close to shops. - I mentioned to the porter before arriving that this was our 25th wedding anniversary and the manager took the time and trouble to send us a lovely handwritten note and a complimentary bottle of prosecco. All staff I met were top-notch and took a real interest in making us at home. I still cannot believe we got such a high-quality hotel in the centre of Rome at such a competitive rate!
