Close to shops. - I mentioned to the porter before arriving that this was our 25th wedding anniversary and the manager took the time and trouble to send us a lovely handwritten note and a complimentary bottle of prosecco. All staff I met were top-notch and took a real interest in making us at home. I still cannot believe we got such a high-quality hotel in the centre of Rome at such a competitive rate!

Situation géographique idéale : à 2 pas de la gare de Termini, assez près du centre historique.
Accueil : notre avion a eu du retard et nous ne sommes arrivés à l'hôtel qu'à environ 2 h du matin; les responsables nous ont attendus et sont repartis chez eux juste après.
Nous avons été conseillés pour les déplacements.

Tout ! rapport qualité Prix localisation géographique etc.... - Tout! Particulierement: gentillesse et serviabilite du personnel, tailledes chambres, equipement/dec chambre et salle de bain, petit dej/buffetvarié pour standards italiens. A mentionner le restaurant qui estégalement tb et où nourriture et service ont un excellent rapportqualite/prix

What a great place to stay - close to Termini Station - and start oftour bus - this hotel has a shuttle to and from the airport - everyonewas very nice and wanted to help make our stay more enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They made sure I knew about the amenities of the hostel and Nas went above and beyond to make sure I made it to the airport for an early flight. I was very impressed by their hospitality and would definitely stay here again. -

The staff were excellent, Mario arranged all of our trips and walks around the city which meant that we were able to enjoy our trip more without having to worry.
Downstairs in the resturant, Constantinou was an excellent waiter, who was very friendly and always happy to help. In the evening, we had plenty of fun with Jess and Roberto.

The hostel is located near the main train terminal and also close to most attractions. Staff was kind and helpful, specially Mario who created personalized itineraries for each day of our stay and gave great tips. We stayed in a private room, it was comfortable and it had a big enough bathroom. Value for this room was OK since something similar would have been more expensive in any other hotel this close to the city center.

fantastic location a couple of nice local restaurants, excellent value for money, friendly staff and a real treat. Its an old building and has loads of character. Don't expect 5 star luxury but this is perfect for a short break. Check out the local entertainment at the wood shop next door

The staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. They had a lot of local knowledge which was very helpful. The breakfast provided had the most variety I have ever seen served at a hotel. And they were all very tasty and of a high standard.
