  The staff was outstanding. They really made our stay homely. Room was neat and clean. Easy and hassle free check in and check out. Not too far from Termini, easy access to transport. - Very friendly staff and fair price.

  This is highly recommended. The whole building is clean and the very entrance has class. The rooms and everything in the complex is so clean and well kept. Santo is a such a nice and lovely host. The location is very good as it is close to Termini Metro/Train station, so it is easy to get to the city and also easy when - The room we had was very spacious and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was pretty good - the fresh coffee was the best part. Location was good for sightseeing and for arriving/departing (as walking distance to Metro and Termini Station). Not a great spot for Italian food (expensive) but good for Indian food. Definitely recommended as this is probably the best deal you can get in Rome.

We had a lovely double room, it was clean, spacious, the shower was also very clean and everything was well-functioning.
